1. Who runs this site
glucolantern.com is operated by KolajFX Tomasz Kolaj, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland, at Filice 87, 13-200 Działdowo. Contact: privacy@glucolantern.com.
2. What GlucoLantern is — and what it is not
GlucoLantern is not a medical device. It is an informational companion display that shows a reading from a compatible source. It does not replace that source's own app or interface, and it is not for diagnosis, treatment, or making therapy decisions.
Base health decisions on the original, certified source of your readings and on advice from your healthcare team. Use the device within the rules and limitations of the source that provides the readings.
3. Pre-launch status
The product is pre-launch. Descriptions, photographs, specifications and dates shown on this site describe a prototype and are subject to change. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
4. Joining the early-access list
Signing up:
- is free and carries no obligation,
- is not an order, a reservation, or a contract of sale,
- does not guarantee you access to the product, or any particular price,
- can be undone at any time — one message to the contact address is enough.
By signing up you confirm the email address you gave is yours. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy policy.
5. Tester programme
Applying to the tester programme does not guarantee a place; selection is at our discretion.
Applying is not joining. Taking part requires a separate agreement, which we will show you in full before you join — it will cover, among other things, the use and return of any hardware we lend you, and confidentiality. You will read it in full and may decline with no consequences. Sending today's application does not bind you to those conditions.
6. Using the site
You may use this site for information. You may not interfere with how it works — in particular by attempting to bypass the form's protections or to submit signups automatically.
7. Intellectual property
The content, images, marks and software on this site are protected by copyright and belong to the site operator or are used with permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only — a mention of compatibility implies no partnership with or endorsement by them.
8. Liability
The service this site provides is limited to keeping your address on a waitlist and sending you occasional emails about progress and about a possible launch. We promise nothing beyond that — not that the product will reach the market, not a date, not particular features, and not a place in the tester programme.
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The content is for information only.
We may stop running the list or the tester programme at any time. If we do, we will tell the people on it and delete the data as described in the Privacy policy. You can leave the list at any time, without giving a reason.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for wilful misconduct, for personal injury, for liability arising under data protection law, or for your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the product develops. The current version always lives at this address, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the country where you habitually reside.
We do not commit in advance to taking part in alternative dispute resolution; we state our position once a dispute arises. Information about out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is available from consumer protection authorities in your country, and in Poland from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and the Trade Inspection.
